AMB3 was established in May 2016 by Sam Barnes, a former Director of Mace Cost Consultancy. Sam was soon joined by, Tom Brooker Corcoran and Pat Kisz. Between them they share over 40 years of experience of managing costs from inception through to completion, in all types of projects. Their project experience ranges from high end new build leisure projects to commercial fit out frameworks for large banks within London and the south east. Over the past year, the company has grown to five members which all have very rounded experience within the industry. AMB3 focuses on providing Cost Consultancy services, which they feel allows them to deliver the most value to their clients. AMB3 has been built on the culture of: “Providing a consistent, efficient service across all types of projects, and installing confidence within our clients that we are a safe yet dynamic pair of hands”. This is lived and breathed by all member of the team on every project that AMB3 are involved in.
