Opened in 2005, Amazon Development Center Romania is based in Iasi and represents a part of the e-commerce platform. Its main objective is to develop the newest most innovative technologies and tools that power the Amazon site and Amazon Web Services products (e.g. S3, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud or Amazon Simple Email Services).
