We engineer solutions for the global customer in cargo handling, shore-based services, fabrication and much more. Core owns and operates Theodore Industrial Port, one of the largest, privately-held port facilities in the Southeast.
With a depth of 40 feet and two docking facilities with length capacity at 1,300 feet and 1,700 feet, we are equipped to handle multiple vessels simultaneously up to Panamax Class. The port is situated on the Theodore Ship Channel, a federally maintained deep water ship channel extending off the west bank of the Mobile Ship Channel in Alabama.
