We seek to convert the potential crisis of Africa’s explosive youth bulge into an opportunity for global innovation and prosperity. We aim to do so by developing 3 million bold, innovative, entrepreneurial and ethical leaders by 2035, who will be equipped to solve Africa's biggest challenges and capture its greatest opportunities.
