Capral is Australia’s largest extruder and aluminium product distributor with six strategically placed manufacturing sites across Australia. Our manufacturing operations run eight aluminium extrusion presses from plants located in Bremer Park (QLD), Penrith (NSW), Smithfield (NSW), Campbellfield (VIC), Angaston (SA) and Canning Vale (WA). In addition to aluminium extrusions, we are able to supply powder coating in a wide range of colours and perform cutting, punching and CNC machining operations on extrusion, sheet and plate. We extrude a comprehensive range of standard and custom shapes up to 420mm wide, 20kg/m weight and 16m length. Available alloys include 6060, 6063, 6106, 6463, 6005A, 6082, 6061, 1350, 6101. Capral has an extensive range of commercial, residential and security window and door systems developed by one of Australia’s most experienced research and development teams. Every year, Australian Tallow Producers recycles millions of kilograms of perishable material generated by the livestock and poultry, meat/poultry processing. We convert this material into valuable ingredients for edible fats, various soaps, cosmetics, explosives, toothpaste, pharmaceuticals, leather, textiles and lubricants and bio diesel. The majority of finished products are used in the feed industry in the form of high-energy fats and high-quality protein ingredients that supplement the diet and enable efficient production of beef, veal, pork, poultry, fish, eggs and milk. The pet food industry also benefits by having access to a vast array of nutrient-rich and flavourful ingredients for rations that maintain healthy companion animals. Rendering recycles the meat by-products into safe-to-use organic materials. Australian Tallow Producers plays an essential role in protecting the environment. Our manufacturing facilities help to alleviate the problem of over-burdened landfills by recycling millions of kilograms of animal by-product that would otherwise be disposed of as waste. We are currently investing in new state-of-the-art technology to treat process water while complying with all odor abatement and air pollution regulations to preserve a clean and safe environment. When materials are rendered, the process makes products that are used in the agriculture, oleo chemical, and biofuels industries. This means we produce fats and oils, protein meals and water. The materials we recycle are prevented from entering landfills to decay and create GHGs that pollute and have a detrimental effect on the environment. Tallow is the fat produced from the rendering of animal by-products. In additional to its nutritional use in feeding livestock, higher grades of tallow may be used in numerous everyday items such as soap, lubricants and fatty acids necessary to the manufacture of cosmetics, paints, ...
