Alumet Ltd is a specialist building envelope contractor delivering design, manufacture, procurement and installation of the complete external envelope under a single point of responsibility. Our scope covers curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, windows and doors, solar shading and louvres, blast-enhanced façades, and the recladding and remediation of existing buildings. We work as a design-and-build subcontractor across new build and refurbishment, including higher-risk buildings, with in-house design, technical and project delivery teams supported by our own manufacturing facility. Our design, competence and verification processes are structured to support our clients' duty-holder obligations under the Building Safety Act. Based in Warwickshire and working nationally, Alumet Ltd combines over thirty years of collective façade engineering experience with the systems approvals, test evidence and supply chain relationships needed to deliver compliant envelopes on complex buildings.
