Altrove Information

Altrove is a non-profit organization that enhance and support the avant-garde artistic research. Starting from muralism, Altrove continue an experimental itinerary in the public contemporary art, staunch that hazardous initiatives only can generate a real cultural growth. Since 2014, Altrove is engaged in the organization of Altrove Festival, a public art festival based in Catanzaro, Southern Italy. Every year artists, curators, volunteers and arts lovers interweave their lives and experiences with the city and its citizens. It’s a special interaction that profoundly influences creativity and perception for artists and visitors. Altrove operates for art to reacquire the leading role to build a cultural renaissance and a new community, a local and global one.
