Interacts with clients at the highest level to assure the investment objectives are clearly defined from the top in a way that they can be clearly communicated to both the internal and external team. Conducts Design Workshops with the client team and public sector representatives to assure effective communication. Directs and edits the Master Planning, Urban Design and Architectural Design process to assure compliance with the Vision. Produces hand drawn Conceptual Master Plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and sketches, which may then be translated into computed generated two and three-dimensional imagery suitable for entitlement, marketing and lease negotiation purposes Implements a qualifications-based selection process, identifying project-specific architectural, engineering and related consultants, issuing RFQ/RFP and conduct the interview process.
