ALTO Associates was created in 2004 as the production company responsible for the Miss, Miss Teen, and Mrs. Pennsylvania Pageants. The PA International Pageants have grown into one of the premier preliminaries to the International Pageant held each summer in Chicago. Our principles, Scott & Jodi Cessna, together have years of experience in event planning, budgeting, production, and execution with a track record of resounding success. ALTO Associates is also the production company behind the Miss, Miss Teen, & Mrs. New York International Pageants, New Jersey International Pageants, and the Ohio International Pageants. Scott & Jodi also lend their expertise to the staff of the Miss, Miss Teen, & Mrs. International Pageants held each year at the North Shore Center For the Performing Arts in Skokie, Illinois. Scott Cessna served his country for over a decade as a financial analyst in the United States Air Force. After working in the for-profit world as a corporate controller and Chief Financial Officer, he assumed the role of President & CEO of The Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona. Scott was responsible for many event and campaign successes during his tenure at the Museum including the 150th Anniversary of Horseshoe Curve - an event that brought Vice-President Dick Cheney to Altoona and garnered national and international press coverage. His experience with event marketing and advertising, arranging food and beverage service, hotel accomodations, transportation, ticketing, and much more, will ensure the outcome you desire. A degreed accountant, he knows exactly the right formula to make any special event, corporate conference, or media venture a resounding success. Jodi Cessna brings years of event management and fundraising experience to ALTO Associates. A professional fundraiser and a former Mrs. Pennsylvania International 2003, Jodi has an eye for elegance and protocol that lends that special atmosphere to every event she plans. With an exceptional emphasis on the details, nothing is overlooked in the planning and execution of any event she takes responsibility for. Jodi is truly a hostess with a discriminating eye for everything that makes an event a memorable one. With the 2007 addition of their daughter Samantha Cessna as an assistant event planner, technical director, and event emcee, the Cessnas have years of event and volunteer management experience to help make any occasion a successful endeavor.
