Woonwenz is de grootste woningcorporatie in Venlo, met circa 8.500 woningen en 1.800 andere vastgoedobjecten in eigendom en beheer. Onze roots gaan terug tot 1907, toen de Venlosche Bouwvereeniging werd opgericht – een van de oudste corporaties van Nederland. Betaalbaar en passend wonen voor wie dat nodig heeft staat sindsdien centraal in alles wat wij doen. Wij bouwen, beheren en verhuren vooral sociale huurwoningen, aangevuld met middeldure huurwoningen. Daarnaast bieden wij ook bedrijfsruimtes, garages en parkeerplaatsen aan. Zo voorzien wij niet alleen in woonruimte, maar ook in functionele ruimte voor ondernemers en bewoners. Wonen is voor ons meer dan een dak boven het hoofd.
