ALTFACTOR is a Romanian custom software and digital learning company founded in 1999. For more than 25 years, we have built educational software, interactive multimedia and custom applications for companies, institutions, integrators and international organisations. We work in two main areas. CUSTOM SOFTWARE We develop complex web applications, internal platforms, data-driven systems and AI-centred products. Some projects use AI to improve an existing process; others are designed around AI from the start. We use it where it solves a real problem, saves time or makes the product genuinely more useful. PREMIUM E-LEARNING We create fully customised learning experiences with strong instructional design, interactive storytelling, branching scenarios, video, animation, simulations, contextual feedback and SCORM/xAPI delivery. Generative AI helps us produce better visual, audio and interactive content, but experienced people remain responsible for the educational structure, creative direction, development and quality. E-LEARNING PRODUCTION PARTNER We support e-learning providers, consultancies and integrators that need extra production capacity or specialised skills. We can deliver complete modules, custom multimedia, complex interactions, course modernisation or help recover projects that have become difficult to complete. We adapt to the partner’s workflow, tools, branding and technical standards, and can work entirely behind the scenes. Our team brings together software developers, instructional designers, graphic artists, animators, multimedia specialists, testers and project managers. Sometimes you do not need another platform or authoring tool. You need an experienced team that can build the difficult part and deliver it properly.
