APTEC (Altertec–Petrotec) is a wind energy services company founded in 2019 through a partnership between Altertec Renewables and Petrotec for general contracting , with a clear focus on supporting the clean energy transition through efficient and safe project execution. We deliver integrated, end-to-end services across the full wind project lifecycle, including: • Wind farm construction support and site works. • Electrical works, substations, medium-voltage networks, and earthing systems. • Mechanical and electrical turbine installation-supported by strong on-site coordination for transport, heavy lifting, and manpower. Our scope also covers commissioning activities such as turbine start-up, final inspections, and takeover testing, in addition to operations & maintenance (O&M) services ranging from preventive maintenance to corrective works, spare parts management, and continuous support to maximize turbine performance throughout the asset lifecycle. APTEC further provides Blade Services, including external visual inspections, accurate reporting and data review, and a wide range of blade repairs delivered by qualified and certified teams, backed by a strong HSQE culture that places safety, quality, and environmental protection at the core of every operation. With experience across multiple markets- including Egypt and Jordan, and expansion into additional countries such as Djibouti and Kuwait- APTEC works as a trusted partner for wind project owners and developers to deliver on-time execution with sustainable quality standards.
