Alter5 is an AI-native financing platform connecting SMEs, midcaps and project sponsors with banks, debt funds, insurers, pension funds and other institutional investors. For companies and sponsors, we turn financing needs into structured transactions, prepare the documentation and approach lenders whose criteria match the opportunity. We cover corporate and working capital finance, project finance, bonds, and project and portfolio sales. Eligible companies can also access EIF-guaranteed financing of up to €15m per company. Through our Luxembourg securitisation vehicle, we give companies and projects simpler access to capital markets: we structure and issue debt, including investment-grade bonds, and place it with institutional investors. For lenders and investors, we originate opportunities around their investment mandates and co-create debt and equity investment products. Our platform combines AI agents with specialist supervision throughout the process. We work across sectors, with a strong focus on the energy transition and sustainable infrastructure. We have originated and distributed more than €300m in financing. Alter5 is an EIF-accredited financial intermediary under the European Commission’s InvestEU programme and has signed a €200m programme with the EIF for SMEs and midcaps.
