AltCap Lending Network is a web-based deal origination portal that provides a platform in funding commercial transaction requests from $300k – $30MM+ for small to middle market businesses in the U.S. and Canada.Our platform includes commercial financing sources and private offices that offer alternative funding options for transactions that have been declined by commercial banks. The network that we access is so extensive, we also have the ability to assist clients seeking to acquire or monetize capital assets through our affiliate: AltCap Asset Advisors. We make it easy for professionals to submit new deals that are quickly reviewed and matched with lenders or investors that are an appropriate fit for each opportunity, thus eliminating the potential for a deal being “over-shopped” – as well as the need to have endless calls with potential sources of capital that aren’t interested. Our Referral Partners earn up to a 50% share of our revenue and our Members earn up to a 75% share of our revenue for opportunities they directly source, with the ability to build a team and earn residual income by sharing in the revenue from deals closed by any Referral Partner or Member they refer to AltCap.
