Operating Principle: Altair is focused on being an alternative to a managed care solution for the state of Minnesota supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health. MISSION: to bring the collective resources of our members to create quality innovative solutions and service delivery models promoting desired outcomes for people served by Altair's members.
