We knew the international mold standards well, such as: HASCO, DME, MISUMI, LKM. Until now, we have produced more than 8000 sets of molds and have been molding millions of plastic parts for Sony, Toshiba, Volvo, Gree, Midea! We got ISO 9001 certificate, FDA, Rosh certification. Our products reach to the range of electronic products, automotive interior and exterior accessories, home appliances, security, new energy and so on. Our Quality Control Flow: FQC: Product quality will be tested after all processes are completed. IQC: It confirms the quality of material procurement. IPQC: Quality control of the process from the production to packaging. OQC: It works as a comprehensive check to confirm high quality product and ensure that customers receive consistent content that has been agreed upon. QE: Seek to test, control and improve the process to improve the product quality from sample to production. Our Value-add Services: We can provide product assembly and surface finishing service, like silk printing, polish, texture, matte, chrome plating, ultrosonic welding, etc. And we can also provide free mold maintenance service, customers can keep their molds in our factory, we will maintain it and paint anti rust oil regularly.
