Alphateam Information

Alpha team was founded in 2016 when people from engineering, business, and social science background met at NTU D-school. Through HCD (Human-Centered Design) process, we partnered with both public and private sectors to innovate and solve complex problems. Our work varies from redesigning talent training program to building a social innovation incubator. We focus on exploring stakeholders' insight under the surface and leveraging the existing advantages. By reframing the status quo into solvable design challenges and creating a space for interdisciplinary collaboration, we help our client to solidify vague goals of innovation into actionable pilot projects.
