Corrosive gases, malodorous compounds, and indoor air pollution cause equipment failures, customer complaints, and financial losses in industries such as refining, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, water treatment, and biogas management. At ALPHACHEM, we design, manufacture, and market the filter media that prevent these issues. We are a Spanish company made up of professionals with extensive industry experience. With our own manufacturing facility in Villacañas (Toledo) and locally sourced raw materials, we distribute our products across all five continents. Our main applications: 🔹 Dry deodorization — Removal of malodorous compounds with maximum flexibility in flow rates and concentrations. 🔹 Corrosion control — Protection of electrical rooms and instrumentation in refining, petrochemical, paper, and wastewater treatment facilities against corrosive gases (HS, SOx, Cl₂, O₃, HF, NH₃) through pressurization with chemically filtered air. 🔹 Dry biogas purification — Removal of H₂S, siloxanes, mercaptans, and organic sulfides with high adsorption capacity. Our product range: - Filter media based on activated alumina, zeolite, or activated carbon - Gas filters in various formats (V-Pack, Chemifilter W, and others) - Gas filtration systems (SF, SFM, SPV, and PBS series) - Proprietary environmental corrosivity monitors and test strips - Desiccants and post-harvest products We perform periodic sample analyses free of charge for our customers to anticipate the depletion of filter media and plan their replacement with precision.
