We specialize in training and coaching, leadership and change processes and empower our clients to overcome obstacles. In doing so, we feel dedicated to the courage to go beyond what standard management considers to be “possible”. We offer social skills training, consultancy and coaching in German, English and other languages where required. Solving misunderstandings and cultural differences, meanwhile initiating the increase of individual performance – That’s what we would like to do for you! Our trainers and methods are tried and proven in various trainings combining a playful approach with the wisdom of centuries. Our trainings are tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Transformational change has to be eye-to-eye, with shared responsibilities, extraordinary motivation and energy. That is true for us and our clients. Our values The spirit of the institute is shaped by people who share a common sense of fairness, humanity and partnership. We are proud to work with more than 40 trainers and coaches who guarantee customized workshops and are certified by the independent trainer association dvct. We co-operate with the majority of our trainers for more than 15 years now. Most of them completed their basic training at our institute and went through a practical year as co-trainer being mentored by seniors. Our experience Our company management consists of Dr. Verena Baldinger, foundress of the institute and counting more than 30 years of experience now and Moritz Ostwald, who runs our international section and is the founder of three IT-Start-Ups. Whereas one of them is still working with a lot of paper, the other one can be considered to be a real “digital native”.
