Alpha Hire Information

After Alpha Hire was implemented, we saw something amazing happen. The Recruiters were actually using the features we developed, and Account Managers had more free time to generate leads on new clients. Along with an overall decrease in average time to submission, we found ourselves making more placements and started seeing higher revenues. Our Recruiters came to love Alpha Hire and soon we started to wonder how we ever did business without it. About a year after implementation, one of our Account Managers found a job at another IT staffing firm. When she made the switch to her new company, she found they were using the same outdated system we were using before Alpha Hire. It was difficult to go back to this software and so she asked her boss if he would be interested in seeing the Alpha Hire system she was familiar with. After seeing a demo, they were immediately impressed and we started implementing Alpha Hire at their location shortly after. Through this unusual introduction, our first client was retained. We then realized not only did we see value in Alpha Hire, but so did others. This is when we decided to spread Alpha Hire as a product and our company was born.
