Rather than invite you to attend costly and rather generic open courses we provide cost effective courses specifically tailored to your needs. The Alpha approach is not a "quick fix" solution to your challenges. It is intended to create a dependable and self-sufficient style of management training for your organisation. Learning initiatives through group training sessions, facilitation, team working and individual coaching is what we provide. Following our research we design, develop and present bespoke courses that meet the specific needs of your group or organisation. Personal development is needed before individuals can prepare themselves to move on to lead others. Historically most organisations have focused upon the technical or academic skills required to perform successfully but in this new millennium it is being recognised that if an organisation fails to offer support for both technical and behavioural skills then it will only exchange one set of challenges for another - hence "things will be different but nothing will have changed".
