Alpha-Centre LLP was founded in Ust-Kamenogorsk in 2000 primarily to provide electric motor solutions to the mineral mining & processing industries of the east and North of Kazakhstan. In 2008 the Owners took the decision and expand their core business from purely motors to other Electric based activities and increase their marketing base to include the oil & gas Sector. These two decisions have transformed the company from a local office specializing in a single commodity to a single industry into a nationwide approach with 4 main areas of Activities Electrical: WEG Asia – Electric Motors, drives and automation Corrosion Prevention, Control & Rehabilitation: Cathodic Protection Insulation and coverings Carbon/Epoxy coatings & repair solutions Vehicle Safety Systems: Vehicle safety systems to reduce the risk of collision Specialist driver fatigue solutions for the Mining, Oil & Gas Specialist equipment for safe working especially for the Mining, Oil & Gas Industries Environmental: Wind measurement Equipment Renewable energy projects Geomembranes and soil rehabilitation Sales have led to service requests which has seen Alpha Centre undertake projects of increasing complexity.
