Alpen'Tech manufactures complex precision parts in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and Inconel for transmission, steering, turbocharger and engines, and all application requiring high dimensional and mechanical expertise. - Raw materials : bar stock and purchased blanks (forgings, castings, fine blanking, stamping). - Core processes: CNC turning, CNC milling (4 & 5-axis), grinding, lapping, honing, gear cutting, induction hardening and assembly, fully integrated in-house. - Our customers are Tier 1 and OEM manufacturers requesting zero-defect for medium and high-volume series. What we concretely offer to our customers: - From prototyping to serial production, we cover the entire part lifecycle. - A dedicated low-volume workshop supports production ramp-ups and end-of-life parts without disrupting high-volume lines. - Automated production lines, developed internally by a dedicated team of 15 specialised engineers, who design, upgrade and build of dedicated highly automated. - Our quality processes rely on Industry 4.0 tools with automated real-time adjustements.
