AlpEmotion creates tailor-made experiences from its base in the Valais Alps. If you also feel closeness to nature and its landscapes, you will quickly understand why we have chosen the Valais Alps as our base. About 60% of Switzerland's territory lies in the Alps. Only 11% of the population live in these Alpine regions. The Valais is located in the south of Switzerland. It is split in two by a large plain and the river Rhone. Perpendicular to this plain, known as the Rhone Valley, you will find several lateral valleys surrounded by mountain massifs, with more than 48 summits above 4,000 metres.
