Aloloco StreetFood Information

Aloloco Street Food is a different and innovative concept based on the adaptation of maritime containers which aims to rescue the concept of pizza as streetfood and cook it in a healthy way and environmental and social responsibility. Our base is Roman pizza, but not just any pizza. We seek a 360º experience so that it can be enjoyed with all the senses. We use quality, organic and local ingredients. Our dough is prepared with organic flour with triple fermentation for 72 hours, which allows the dough to be a real pleasure, very digestible and healthy. It is not fast food even if we cook it at the moment.
