To protect our white sandy beach, our turquoise sea, our magnificent jungle. As a natural protected area is not urbanistically designed, is not a city where you could easily find electricity, water pipelines, and a drainage waste system, All the services we take for granted are everywhere but Tulum is pure, or as pure as we can keep it. We need to provide and get those services for our guests in the most ecological way possible. - You are staying in a beautiful natural habitat with a delicately balanced eco-system which needs our help to be kept preserved. - Please don't leave any food inside your Room, as this will attract insects and small animals. - Our electricity comes from Solar Panels and a generator. Light is available 24 hrs a day. - We are in the middle of the sea and the jungle, so the phone signal can be intermittent sometimes. - There's no water pipelines, we need to bring water and purify it so we can have all the services we're used to. - Our beach is very safe you can walk during the day or at nighttime without any problems. The beach is cleaned daily and any litter should be disposed of in the bins at the hotel. All the hotel zone is full of beautiful places and Eco hotels, we are in the jungle, we are in a different environment, please be calm an get inform by the people who lives in here and enjoy!
