AllTru Information

AllTru represents a community of role models, notably women combat veterans who served alongside special operations forces. The core of AllTru is women who served overseas together in the US Army Cultural Support Team (CST) program – which was the first time women were purposefully recruited, assessed, selected, trained, and deployed alongside elite Special Operations units on combat missions in Afghanistan. Our network extends to male role models we served alongside as well as partners overseas. The CST community understands the value of equal access to opportunity, both from the lens of building high-performing teams and from the lens of promoting stability and prosperity. Our mission is to inspire the world's next generation of problem solvers and leaders and we work to achieve this goal through our three focused initiatives: Engage, Connect, and Gather. In an effort to honor the legacy of our fallen sisters, AllTru seeks to ensure all have access to opportunity. We inspire through thought-provoking engagement (AllTru Engage) and the sponsorship of Internet and digital tools (AllTru Connect) while always striving to increase resiliency within our community (AllTru Gather). We hope our efforts yield perspective, innovation, and self-determination at scale.
