Allison Singer HR Solutions has two major offerings: We provide generalist HR support and advice to small/medium sized organisations where HR may be in its infancy, and where additional cost effective HR expertise is needed. A full spectrum of HR services are offered including employment law and advisory, policy and procedure development, performance management, job evaluation and job grading, recruitment & selection and dispute resolution including disciplinary and grievance handling. In addition we offer Career Coaching and Transition and Outplacement services. This support is offered to both individuals and organisations. We are able to offer the full cycle of support from assistance with preparing and managing retrenchment and change exercises (including coaching line managers on conducting notifications), to providing affected individuals with confidential and supportive outplacement coaching and transition programmes, or 1:1 coaching sessions.
