Hello, I’m Rick Hyde, an illustrator, animator and designer based in Manchester, England. Over the years I have worked across branding, print, digital and broadcast, within a wide range of sectors. These days, I focus on producing illustrated and animated content for brands and agencies, specialising in character and icon creation. I can also be hired for graphic and UI design. As a lover of 1960s pop culture, a fan of psychedelia and a dedicated yogi, my art explores everything from the inner conscience to the outer cosmos. Combining a love of bright colours and bold geometric forms, I draw influence from both contemporary flat and mid-century styles. Whether illustrating or meditating, you’ll always find me searching.
