The Apple Farm is Ireland's best known fruit farm, selling sustainably produced fruits and fruit products direct to consumers and also to wholesale and retail channels. Juices, jam, cider and vinegar are made on the farm by Con Traas Ltd. using the fruit we grow. Brands produced include: Con's cider, a real cider made without addition of sugar or water. Cornelius's lemonade, a premium lemonade made using the juice of fresh lemons. The Apple Farm cider vinegar, a living culture vinegar sold with the naturally occurring "mother of vinegar". Karmine juices, a range of natural juices made using the fruits grown on our farm. The Apple Farm sparkling juices, a range of carbonated 100% pure fruit juices made on our farm. The Apple Farm of Tipperary products; strawberry jam, plum jam and apple jelly. Our farm shop is open 364 days a year, and located on the main road (N24) between Cahir and Clonmel. Our apples are available in many outlets in the South of Ireland.
