We are privately owned and operated, and both of the owners are teachers at the school -- onsite every day. Our "extra-curricular" family events foster the "family feeling" that flows through our school - and friendships are created that carry beyond our walls. Our staff is friendly and qualified - and each person that walks through our door is greeted by a smiling face. Because providing a joyful environment for the children as well as the teachers is an important part of who we are, we experience low staff turnover which provides stability and familiarity for the children and the parents. We exceed licensing requirements for training and education, and provide various tuition assistance programs for any of our staff that is interested in furthering their education in Early Childhood. We exceed licensing requirements for CPR certification. We have proudly graduated over 100 children who entered Kindergarten with a love for learning and the confidence that comes from being prepared by the loving care and Montessori/Preschool balance that we provide. This preparation begins in the infant program, continues in the toddler program and culminates in the preschool program. We know that each child is an individual and that each family is, as well. We strive to be flexible with each family's varying needs - and we don't see child care as "one size fits all".
