ALL STARS BAKERY is a Canadian owned and family operated business for the past 14 years. We are proud of our specialty breads that are prepared with the finest ingredients and based on an Old European Recipes. It takes 48 hours to rise and then to bake all our breads. We take pride in providing delicious and wholesome breads to our customers. Our breads are Trans-Fat and Saturated Fat Free. They provide great source of Fibre ( at least 3g/ serving and per 50g ) and energy. We do not use artificial colours or flavours , and all our breads are made without added preservatives. Our breads are also yeast free as we use only a sourdough to develop our flavourful breads. Big part of Healthy Eating Guidelines is to consume more breads and to choose foods made with low or no fat. Please refer to the Nutrition Facts table shown on all our breads.
