All It Takes® helps schools build social-emotional literacy (SEL) into daily life through Trusted Spaces®, practical tools, and a shared language for emotional intelligence in schools. Our work supports MTSS frameworks, strengthens school climate, and gives educators and students a shared process for naming what they're feeling and choosing how to act. We partner with districts on curriculum, professional development, and family engagement, all built around Notice Choose Act® — a simple process that turns emotional awareness into everyday action. Because when adults have the support to do this work well, educator wellbeing rises too, and that shows up in classrooms. Our experiential methodology equips young people at critical life stages with skills in empathy, compassion, initiative, responsibility, and purpose. We work alongside schools and districts implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to ensure SEL is embedded across every tier, from universal classroom instruction to targeted student interventions. All It Takes has been recognized by the California Department of Education as a Trusted Space Initiative partner and has served thousands of students, educators, and community members across the country. We believe safer schools and stronger communities begin with emotionally intelligent people.
