All Care Health Networks Information

All Care Management Services, Inc., d/b/a All Care Health Networks is a licensed and bonded Fiscal Intermediary Services Organization (FISO) in the state of Florida. All Care has established and operates a contractual network of independent physicians in Florida, typically referred to as an Independent Practice Association (IPA). All Care was formed to provide a vehicle for primary care physicians (PCPs) to maintain their independent practice, yet be a part of a larger network to assist them in their payor contracting efforts. In addition to negotiating these complex arrangements with the MCOs, All Care manages the relationship between the PCPs and the MCOs. By being part of a larger organization, PCPs benefit from the administrative support and efficiencies offered by All Care. All Care is equipped not only to acquire and administer the MCO contracts for the physicians in its IPA, but can also assist them with payment and collections management, financial reporting, reimbursements and other fiscal support services. All Care accomplishes its goals by streamlining contracts and payments to our providers. This reduces the dependency of claims processing and data mining from the MCOs and places All Care in a position of greater control for qualitative and quantitative reporting. As we continue to expand our services, we will look to offer additional tools to our physician partners designed to assist in the productivity of enhanced patient care and office functionality. These tools include services such as practice management, billing and collections, electronic medical records (EMR), medical management, patient transportation and information technology. In addition to PCPs, our expansion efforts will look to add Specialists to the IPA network and offer its fiscal services to specialists as well.
