Our pillar programs achieve success for animals: • Spay/Neuter: No cost to low cost sterilization for cats and dogs. • Wellness Care: Preventative care; vaccines, testing, parasite prevention/treatment, microchipping. • Community Cat/TNR: Training classes, equipment loans, sterilization. • Detroit Pets For Life: Free services for concentrated areas; preventative care, sterilization and more. • Access to Care: Expanded incremental full service care for illness. • Return to Field: Shelter/Animal Control community cat sterilization. • Pet Adoption Founded in 2005 to help end pet overpopulation, All About Animals is the largest high quality, high capacity, no-cost to low-cost spay/neuter and wellness provider in Michigan with veterinary wellness centers in: • Auburn Hills • Detroit • Flint • Warren In addition to stationary clinics, All About Animals offers transport vans to bring communities in need across Michigan access to spay/neuter services. Nearly 350,000 cats and dogs have been sterilized since forming in 2005 and 50,000 are typically seen for wellness care services throughout the year. 36,492 pets were fixed in 2021; including 7,766 community cats. This prevents the addition of thousands of precious animals and unwanted litters to an already overburdened animal welfare system; saving countless lives and greatly reducing suffering.
