While we do not certify our own work, this early compliance oversight helps streamline decision-making, reduce redesign risk and support a smoother approval and delivery pathway. Alinea can be engaged in three ways: construction only, design coordination or full design and construct. Whether working directly with developers, asset managers, landlords and occupiers, or supporting architects and interior designers, our role is to protect design intent, manage risk and deliver with care, clarity and control.
