This might be finding out: how many people you've hired in the last year how many have left if you have any employee opinion survey data what your relationship is like with the rest of the team how the team gets on internallys how you deal with people who don't perform to your expected standards what you would like to be different if anything, what keeps you awake at night how difficult you find recruiting people 2. We go away and review all the information and data you've given us and come up with some recommendations. 3. We help you prioritise these based on the impact they might have on your business objectives. 4. We guide you to decide how much support you need according to your resources and budget. 5. We give you the tools and processes and train you to use them. This allows you to implement the desired change and we can support you through this if you wish. 6.
