Alignment Rockford is a nonprofit coalition advancing cradle-to-career success for youth in the Greater Rockford Region. We bring schools, families, community partners, and local institutions together to remove barriers, expand access to resources, and build coordinated systems that support student well-being, academic success, and long-term opportunity. Our work spans early childhood readiness, culturally responsive and healing-centered school environments, mental health and family support, and community partnerships that strengthen both schools and neighborhoods. Through data-driven strategy and cross-sector collaboration, Alignment Rockford is building a stronger, more resilient future for every child in the Rockford Region.
