Mr. Mealoy has been heavily involved in the electric utility restructuring process, assisting clients in the development and successful implementation of solutions to key challenges and to capitalize on unique opportunities. He has served as the project manager/executive-in-charge on multiple large-scale engagements, managing diverse project teams that address resource development, asset management, litigation support, and market strategies. He has assisted both sellers and purchasers of thermal and renewable generation assets and high-voltage electric transmission projects. Mr. Mealoy is extremely active in the California marketplace having conducted multiple market studies and advised utilities and developers on various market rules, electric transmission, and generation matters (renewable and thermal).
