Pegusus Pilates is an exclusive Pilates and Aerial Fitness studio in Solana Beach offering a variety of group classes and private sessions.

Fitness Yoga began in 2006 with two yoga instructors and a dream to give people in our local community a place to practice yoga close to home. Our humble 500 square foot room hosted over 20 people in our first class! We relocated to our new "home" in 2009 and have since expanded our services to include more classes, Pilates Reformer instruction, and massage services. Our warm and welcoming studio now offers over 20 classes per week and plenty of opportunity to get in shape, improve your health, and live well.
