Align MD is not an emergency medicine staffing company. We are the "Special Forces" of emergency medicine department leadership. We put providers and facilities on the same trajectory pointed at the same target. It is in our DNA to listen to our partner hospitals and produce solutions that are "Aligned" with the facilities' strategic direction. We build an infrastructure that drives daily improvements that progress toward a common vision built in collaboration with our partner hospitals. In the current climate of emergency medicine practice management, physicians are hired as contractors and not paid any portions of the profits they generate. The result is a lack of ownership in the success of the facility harming the reputation of the facility and the profession. Align MD was conceived to remedy that situation by guaranteeing physicians an immediate incentive based on their performance and a profit share in the success of the facility. The provider’s investment in the success of the facility has an immediate return and results in excellence in the services delivered to the patients and the community.
