Mr. Touray has more than 33 years of project management experience and has served as a consultant to governmental agencies and private businesses in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Georgia, and Hawaii. Our technical capabilities and broad project experience enable us to provide outstanding services using state-of-the-art technology in a cost-effective manner.
