ALFEBOR Information

Located in the industrial zone of Antakya-Hatay, Alfebor Boru San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (ALFEBOR) was founded in 2015 to produce glass fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) pipes and has become an important manufacturer in the market since then. Having two production lines on a total area of 40,000 m2 , ALFEBOR produces GRP pipes and fittings within the range of DN 300–DN 4000 mm diameter, PN 1–PN 24 bar pressure and SN 1250–SN 16000 stiffness classes. ALFEBOR performs its productions as to cover the whole process from the supply of raw materials to the last phase of pipe manufacture, working with fully automatic mechanism, within a quality control system in conformity with local and international standards. Laboratories of ALFEBOR are internationally accredited by TURKAK. Some of the management system certificates ALFEBOR holds are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 10002, OHSAS 18001 and it has NSF certificate of compliance for drinking water. ALFEBOR also has other product certificates such as EN, AWWA, ISO and takes places within the approved manufacturer list of Devlet Su İşleri (DSİ) Genel Müdürlüğü. The present production capacity of ALFEBOR is 800 m/day at several sizes and this capacity will increase much more with the addition of new production lines.
