All of them hold advanced degrees in software engineering, computer programming and project management: Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP), Microsoft Certified Application Developers (MCAD for Microsoft .NET), Microsoft Certified Solution Developers (MCSD for Microsoft .NET), and Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE); as well as project management (PMP) and SCRUM Master certifications. Methodology Our software development methodology is based on IBM Rational Unified Process (RUP)™ with elements of Agile techniques, as well as Business Process Modeling (BPM) techniques. Quality Assurance Our quality management system stands on the solid foundation of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI-DEV).
