ALFA MECCANICA, located in Piedmont (Italy) about 20 miles South of Turin and in Aerospace Business since 1975, is historically specialized in High Precision Machining (NC multi axis turning and 3-4-5 axis NC milling), EDM (die sinking, wire cutting and micro boring), bearings/bushes installation, complex parts assemblies. ALFA MECCANICA designs and manufacture Fixtures and Jigs for the Customer's needs. The internal FPI Special Process is NADCAP Certified. ALFA MECCANICA manages a network of certified suppliers to perform heat treatments, brazing operations, non destructive controls, surface treatments, painting and laboratory tests. ALFA MECCANICA is accustomed to working all the special materials used in Aerospace technology: from Aluminum alloys to Titanium alloys, from stainless steels to Inconel alloys. Main Customers: GE AVIO AERO, FINMECCANICA - LEONARDO, THALES ALENIA SPACE. Quality System is certified according to ISO9001 and EN9100. ALFA MECCANICA is a Member of ALTAIR Consortium.
