The Alexander Technique Centre (ATC) was established in 1984 when a group of dedicated Alexander Technique teachers came together wanting to offer both individual lessons and introductory group evening classes and workshops. It was then known as The Alexander Teaching Centre. Some of the teaching members have changed over the years, and our work has expanded to included on-site teaching in companies. The ATC has considerable experience in giving consultations in the workplace where our expertise has been recognised as good business practice.
