Alesta Insurance Loss Adjustment Services Ltd was founded in 1995 to provide an alternative approach in insurance adjustment procedures by replacing the traditional attitude of individual adjusters that constitute the majority in the Turkish market. Alesta is not simply a company that brings a number of loss adjusters together under its structure. It is an "adjustment organisation" that acquired the mission of providing loss adjustment services in an institutional manner, and started to operate in this behaviour. In the meantime, it is the exclusive representative of the largest loss adjustment institution throughout the world, namely Crawford and Company. The scope of the services provided by Alesta embraces all lines of loss extended to cover pre-risk and after-risk status. This scope in not restricted to Turkey only; it is spread all over the world.
