Alden and Associates, Inc. provides risk management and insurance services to the legal community, accounting and financial sector, high tech industry, and to lobbying and consulting firms. Focus is on the Professional Liability Insurance aspects of the aforementioned professional service firms as well as providing Errors & Omissions coverage for service firms not defined by statute as "professional." However, regardless of category assigned, all service firms have risk to financial loss based on advice, or failure to advise, the firm may or may not have provided to their clients or third parties. Of course, insurance coverage and the triggering of coverage is subject to the terms and conditions specifically placed on behalf of each individual services firm and their related underwriting criteria.
