We have been using most practices: from extensive TDD and pair programming in XP environments to continuous deployment, software craftsmanship and Kanban in Lean teams. Thanks to this experience we have ability in identifying and reducing waste in terms of time and bad requirements, optimizing data flows, designing software following SOLID principles, fully automating the development cycle and effectively coordinating developers with different backgrounds. We have a Service Oriented vision of the web and software development in general, with a focus on Rest principles.
