Alchemy Impact Information

After careful consideration, in July 2026 we made the difficult decision to cease operations at Alchemy Impact and begin an orderly wind-down of the business. Over the years, we have had the privilege of working alongside organisations and leaders in Australia and overseas to navigate change, deliver transformation outcomes, create value, build capability and explore the opportunities presented by emerging technologies. Throughout that journey, we have been fortunate to partner with remarkable clients, collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes across many industries. We are incredibly proud of what our team has achieved and deeply grateful for the trust, support and confidence that clients, partners and community members have shown us over the years. Every engagement, event, workshop, program and conversation has played a part in shaping the organisation Alchemy became. While Alchemy’s journey has come to an end, we remain proud of our rich history, the impact we have made, the relationships we have built and the community that has formed around our work. To everyone who has been part of Alchemy since the beginning - thank you. It has been a genuine privilege to work with you, learn alongside you and contribute to your journey.
